Gas Shielded Metal Cored Wire – Hardfacing Applications

P-Tech® 750 is gas shielded flux cored wire for protective coatings of parts subjected to metal metal friction, cavitation, and corrosion at high temperature. The rust-free special alloyed weld deposit has a high hot wear resistance, tensile strength and a high resistance to sliding wear of
metallic objects.

It has a good retention of hardness up to 650 °C and is nonscaling up to 900 °C, thermal shock resistant and resistant to sudden changes of temperature, work hardening, not crack sensible.

Tough, highly-creep resistant deposit & ideal for use as cladding with no
risk of cracking.

P-Tech® 770 P is gas shielded, new generation hardfacing flux cored wire that has a macrocrystalline structure with a large number of embedded Cr-Mo-Nb-W and particularly hard iron boride phase, developed for extreme abrasive wear at high operating temperatures is
expected or for single layer welding where a great hardness and wear resistance is needed.The wear resistance is retained at temperatures of up to approx. 750 °C and ductility sufficient.

PrimeHARD®

Gas Shielded Metal Cored Wire – Hardfacing Applications

PrimeHARD is an open arc flux cored wire that provides tungsten carbides with Ni-based matrix.

It is designed for the parts which are exposed to extreme mineral wear in combination with corrosion. Nickel-based matrix provides corrosion resistance and homogeneous tungsten carbides in matrix obtain extreme abrasion resistance.

Weld metal contains approximately %55WC and %45 Ni matrix.
