Panzercrom® Erosion Resistant Wear Plates

Optimized for High-Velocity Particle & Droplet Impact

Erosive wear occurs when solid particles, liquid droplets, or particle-laden gas streams strike a surface at high velocity. Over time, these repeated impacts cause surface thinning,micro-cutting, and material removal.

Our erosion-resistant hardfaced platesare tailored to manage the unique loading conditions of

      • Solid particle erosion
      • Liquid droplet erosion
      • Gas-entrained particle erosion

The overlay structure is engineered toresist micro-chipping and maintain integrity under oblique or normal impactangles.

Where They Work Best

Cyclones, separators, pneumaticconveying lines, fan blades, fan housings, and high-velocity ducting.
